Role description:

Ana Law LLC, a premier law firm, specializes in patents, trademarks, asset protection, business formations, copyrights, NDAs, and litigation management.

We are seeking a motivated law student interested in intellectual property and business law to join our team.

You must be enrolled at a law school in the USA.

This is an unpaid position. The schedule is flexible and remote. Your hours will depend on the amount of hours you are eligible for school credit. Typically, interns work 5 hours per week per credit.

We are seeking interns who can work 10-25 hours a week.

No previous legal knowledge is needed.

The tasks you will perform are:

- Research current news stories in various legal fields

- Research cases related to intellectual property and business

- Prepare patent/trademark/copyright applications

- Draft legal documents (Cease & Desist letters, IP purchase agreements, IP assignments, Memos, etc.)

- Manage client documents

You must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and work as a team.
